Is this appropriate for my 13-year-old?
Yes. Every product on My First Hug is handpicked for ages 13–19 — sweet, age-appropriate beauty with nothing harsh, unsafe, or grown-up in the mix. If your teen is under 18, we ask that she shops with your permission.
Are the products gentle for teen skin?
We favor gentle, teen-friendly formulations and show the key details on every product page. If your teen has sensitive skin or allergies, check the product details before buying — and when in doubt, patch-test first.
Who pays for orders?
You do — a parent or guardian completes every purchase at our secure checkout. Teens can browse, build a wishlist, and share it with you, which makes birthdays and holidays wonderfully easy.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Checkout runs on Stripe, the same payment platform used by millions of businesses. Your card details go straight to Stripe — we never see or store them.
Do you collect data from my child?
No. We don't run accounts for kids, we don't collect personal data from children under 13, and we don't target advertising at children. The wishlist lives in the browser on her device, and checkout details are handled by Stripe.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Shipping times vary by destination and product, and the estimate is shown at checkout before you pay.
What if she doesn't like it?
Easy returns — if something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right. No drama, no fine print.
